As soon as the customer purchases the plan, fulfillment happens online, and classes/credits are allotted immediately as per the schedule given on the platform. The classes will happen at the pre-agreed time given by the Mentor and accepted by the customer.
Refund Policy:
We have a no-questions asked money-back guarantee for if the refund is requested 24 hours before the start of the first session.
 
Refund Process:
We aim to process and complete refund requests within one business day of receiving the request. However, if there is a delay beyond 72 hours, please notify us at [email protected] and we will make best endeavors to refund the amounts on priority basis. During the refund process, we may request that you validate key information required to process your refund.

Subscription

Fulfillment:

As soon as the customer purchases the plan, fulfillment happens online and classes/credits are allotted immediately. For example, if a customer purchases a subscription plan of 8 classes per month for 6 months, every month 8 credits get added for the next 6 months. The classes will happen at the pre-agreed time given by the Mentor and accepted by the customer.

We have a no-questions asked money-back guarantee for all valid credits remaining in your account for coming months if the refund is requested 24 hours before the start of the first session for the coming month.
